“Mike has run the ‘H2 The Future’ hydrogen buggy activity for us in several secondary schools across the East Riding. It is an excellent programme that helps raise awareness among young people of the exciting opportunities emerging in the renewable energy sector, opportunities they could be part of. Mike’s passion for STEM and the way in which he delivers the content mean that young people can easily understand it. The students who took part thoroughly enjoyed building and racing the buggies, and the activity has helped them develop some really important employability skills such as problem-solving, creativity, teamwork, and resilience.”
